YOGA: YIN / Restore
An excellent counterbalance to the physical and mental intensity of climbing, you’ll explore passive stretching, restorative shapes, three-dimensional breathing, and simple meditation techniques within a warm and relaxing environment. Yin yoga offers a slower paced practice focused around the lengthening of ligaments, fascia, and connective tissues rather than muscle. Asanas (poses) are held for several minutes in order to promote mobility in “nonmalleable” areas. All levels welcome, no experience required. (Mat required)
