For climbers working routes 5.10 and below. Also for climbers who are new and would like to learn the basics of technical and efficient climbing. This is a great class for those who need help to learn how to effectively use their feet, or even for those trying to get past the 5.9 barrier and into the 5.10 range.

Movement and Technique 2:
For climbers in the 5.11 and higher range. This is for those who have established technique and need help improving and perfecting their existing climbing style. Also, for people who are climbing 5.10 confidently, and are breaking into the 5.11 range or higher. If a climber has hit a plateau in their progress, this is the clinic for them.
